Where to start..
I suppose I would best describe myself as BBQ loving foodie, amateur cook, aspiring grill master and lover of whiskey. Over the years and travels I’ve learnt to appreciate so many different cuisines and always strive to put my own twist on them. It’s that journey of discovery that has lead me to create my Instagram page and then subsequently this site , where I can share some of my insights, recipes and tips I’ve picked up along the way.
